🕒 Hours and Self Check-in
Check-in: from 14:00 to 21:00 / 2 PM to 9 PM (Self Check-in Procedure)
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
How does access work? 📱
The day before your arrival, we will contact you via WhatsApp (+39 333 788 1887 or +39 320 807 3527). To receive your access instructions and codes, we will need:
Photos of the ID cards or Passports of all guests.
Settlement of the payment (if not already processed based on your chosen rate).
🥐 Breakfast
Start your day the right way! Our sweet and savory buffet breakfast is always included in your stay.
Time: from 08:00 to 10:00 AM.
Dietary Needs: If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance—we will be happy to accommodate you!
💳 Payments and Policies
Credit Card: For non-prepaid rates, the total amount (excluding city tax) will be charged before arrival. If the card is invalid, you will have 24 hours to update it; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
Bank Transfer: Accepted only for bookings made at least 5 days in advance. You must send a copy of the transfer receipt; the booking is officially confirmed only once the funds have cleared.
Cancellations & No-Show: In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. For cancellations, the specific terms of the rate chosen during booking will apply.
🏛️ City Tax
Please note that the City Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno) is a legal requirement of the City of Florence. Payment is mandatory. In case of refusal, the Municipality will take direct action against the guest to recover the unpaid amount.
