Check-in will take place via the procedure received via WhatsApp, you will be contacted one day before to receive access instructions, once the identity documents have been received and the payment has been finalized where applicable (based on the chosen rate)
you will receive the check-in instructions.

**Payments**

Payment by credit card: (rates with non-advance payment)
the amount of the reservation only will be taken (excluding the tourist tax), in the case of an invalid credit card, a communication will be sent with a request to update the card via WhatsApp or email, in the event that this does not happen within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.

Payment by bank transfer:
Contact the property for the details, this payment cannot be used less than 5 days (upon receipt of the bank transfer receipt) from the date of check-in and the reservation will not be considered valid until the transfer is credited.

In case of no-show at the property, no amount will be refunded, regardless of the rate chosen during the booking phase.
In case of cancellation, reference will be made to the conditions of the chosen rate.

**CITY TAX**
The city tax is a legal obligation of the Italian State and is governed by the regulations of the Municipality of Florence and that in case of refusal of payment, the Municipality will take action against the guest to recover the unpaid sums, within the terms established by law.

**BREAKFAST**
LA TERRAZZA DI JENNY B&B provides a Sweet and Salt buffet breakfast service:
Breakfast (included in the price) is served from 08:00 to 10:00
